The Discord bot for racing leagues
Run the paddock,
not the paperwork.
Lineups, contract offers, releases, warnings and steward reports, all handled by one bot. Your league makes the calls. It keeps the grid in order.
Private bot, activated per server · price negotiable

01 Contract offers
A signing window that's fair to everyone.
Send an offer with /sign. While it's open, no other team can poach the driver. If they decline, the lock lifts on the spot and every other team can make an offer straight away. Only the team that was turned down has to wait, so nobody gets spammed.
- Accept, decline or withdraw in one tap
- Offers survive restarts and expire on time
- Offer length and cooldown are yours to set

02 Lineup boards
Boards that keep themselves up to date.
Every team gets one live board in your lineup channel. Signings, releases, moves and swaps update it the moment they happen, so no one edits a message by hand again.
When someone leaves the server, they're released automatically and their team owner gets pinged. Their roles are handled in the same breath.

Warnings
Warnings that count themselves.
Regular and termination warnings expire on their own. Hit the limit and stewards are pinged right away.

Role sync
One request, every role.
Team, position, owner and ping roles change together.

Steward reports
Reports in three acts.
A private channel per report: evidence first, then the team's reply, then it locks for the stewards.
Setup
Set up in seven steps. Rename anything.
/setup walks admins through channels, roles, teams, positions, reports and rules. Call your drivers "Race Drivers", give teams their own names, set seats per team.

It asks for what it uses, and gives itself access to the channels you pick, even read-only ones.

Safety
Asks before it wipes.
Season resets, removing teams and clearing warnings all ask first. Co-owners get admin access with a clear warning, and each server's data stays separate.
⚠️ Reset the season?
This empties all 10 teams and cannot be undone.

06 Questions
Before you add it.
Still wondering about something?
Ask before you buy. Pricing, setup help or a feature you need for your league: jjerz answers on Discord.
Message jjerzDoes it need Administrator?
No. It uses Manage Roles and Manage Channels, and gives itself access to the channels you choose, including read-only ones. If a channel is completely hidden from it, it tells you exactly what to allow.
Why did the bot leave my server?
Your server isn't activated yet. Message jjerz with the server ID it showed you, then invite it again once you're activated.
My security bot kicked me after adding it.
Anti-nuke bots often punish whoever adds a new bot. Have the server owner add it, or whitelist yourself for "adding bots" in your security bot first.
Can we use our own names for positions and teams?
Yes. Rename positions, set how many seats each one has, give teams names that differ from their roles, and change what team owners are called.
What happens when a driver leaves the server?
They're released straight away, the lineup board updates, and their team owner gets pinged. If they come back, the team signs them again.
What data does it store?
Discord IDs and the league data your admins enter, plus a log of commands used. It never reads your messages. The Privacy Policy has the details.
